System Access Agreement

You are accessing a monitored computer system operated by Kamiwaza. By continuing to access this system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Authorization and Purpose

This system is for authorized users only. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited and may be subject to criminal prosecution. Use of this system constitutes consent to monitoring and recording of all activities.

2. Monitoring and Recording

All activities on this system may be monitored and recorded. This includes but is not limited to:

• Login attempts and session activity
• File access and modifications
• Network communications
• Application usage
• Database queries and modifications

3. Privacy Expectations

Users have no reasonable expectation of privacy when using this system. All information processed, stored, or transmitted through this system may be examined by authorized personnel.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must:

• Use this system only for authorized purposes
• Protect authentication credentials
• Report security incidents immediately
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the confidentiality of data accessed

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized access to data or systems
• Sharing credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Circumventing security controls
• Installing unauthorized software
• Exfiltrating sensitive data
• Engaging in any illegal activities

6. Data Handling

Users must handle all data in accordance with applicable classification levels and handling procedures. Sensitive data must not be stored on unauthorized systems or transmitted through insecure channels.

7. Consequences of Violations

Violations of these terms may result in:

• Immediate termination of access
• Disciplinary action up to and including termination
• Civil liability
• Criminal prosecution
